“Rei” is the universal boundless aspect of energy. “Ki” is the life force energy that is in us and around us. “Reiki” is the spiritually guided life force energy that brings the body, mind, and spirit into harmony and balance. Reiki is a healing art as well as an avenue for personal growth. A Reiki treatment promotes relaxation, reduces stress and pain, and creates an overall sense of well being. There are 3 levels of Reiki training and a Master-Teacher level.

Reiki Master-Teacher Class

The focus of the Reiki Master-Teacher Class is on techniques and methods of teaching Reiki as taught by Usui Shiki Ryoho (the Usui School of Natural Healing) thereby preserving the integrity of the tradition. It is important that students have a good working knowledge of all the Usui symbols.

In the Master-Teacher Class, students are introduced and attuned to two Reiki Master-Teacher symbols. Students will learn what to teach at each level and how to do the attunement procedures for Reiki levels 1, 2, 3 and Master-Teacher, as well as a healing attunement. The class is experiential with ample time to practice all the attunements.

Students receive the book, Reiki Three Manual by William L. Rand and a Reiki Master Teacher certificate of completion.

Pati, a graduate of the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO and the Ashland Institute of Massage in Ashland, OR, has been a massage therapist and yoga instructor since 1994. Her spiritual and personal growth took a quantum leap following her Reiki Level I attunement and a ruptured appendix in 1995. She became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 1996. Today, Pati practices Reiki, knowing that teaching and healing one another is an expression of the highest spiritual principle……loving unconditionally.
