Yoga uses breath, asanas (postures) and awareness to open energy pathways in the body to achieve unification of body, mind, heart and spirit. Classes are creatively sequenced with postures organically and gracefully transitioning from one to the next. The combination of vinyasa flow and held postures supported by breath, alignment, heart opening and joy is a dynamically energy flowing practice. Students are encouraged to journey inward, to tune in to their own inner wisdom, explore and develop body awareness and awaken to their own truth.
